Production Supervisor – Night Shift

Salary up to $80,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation Assistance to the Western US

We are seeking a reliable, technically skilled Production Supervisor to lead night shift operations at our food / beverage processing facility. This role is responsible for supervising a small – but talented – team and ensuring safe, efficient food / beverage production. Highly visible position as the night shift contributes a lot to our production.

We need a leader who can motivate a team while holding team members accountable, maintain high performance standards of quality and safety.

Minimum qualifications for this Production Supervisor:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• At least 3 years of food manufacturing experience

• At least 3 years of managerial or leadership experience

• Knowledge and understanding of Safety/OSHA standards required

• Strong technical skills; must be able to troubleshoot equipment

• Able to hold team members accountable and maintain high performance standards

• Must be willing to work night shift for the foreseeable future.
