Responsible for order fulfillment activities for External Customer demands.

Quotation preparation.

Provide back-office support to the Parts Fulfillment Specialists.

Monitor shared mailbox for incoming customer orders and process accordingly.

Provide back-up to team members for customer inquiries related to returns, pricing, and order status.

Provide order confirmation to customers.

Minimum of 2 years of customer service, parts management or material control experience.

Strong order management ERP (Oracle preferred) experience.

Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated tenacity and persistence.

Ability to work independently and set own priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
