General Manager - Asain Casual Restaurant

We are looking for a General Manager to helm our immersive Asian food brand. We believe in the power of intentional hospitality, where high-quality food and elite service are non-negotiable drivers of our success. We’re seeking a leader dedicated to developing talent and safeguarding the soul of our brand through every plate and every guest journey.

This role is for someone who:

-Believes in real, scratch-made food. No shortcuts.

-Can run a kitchen like a precision system—tight, efficient, and rooted in care.

-Understands that culture > convenience. Always.

-Leads by example, inspiring a legacy team that's proud to work alongside them, not beneath them.

-Has three years or more as a General Manager

-Has expereince in live-fire wok cooking

The base salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
