Laser Tracker Technician
We are looking for a Laser Tracker Specialist in our Quality Department for our Tooling company in Shelby Township, MI. This individual will be responsible for the following:
Job Requirements & Duties:
This positions will be responsible for the custom tracker services to measure machines, fixtures and structures for the our products for the Aerospace Industry.
Will be responsible for producing easy to understand and visually appealing inspection reports that include written descriptions, 3-D pictures and data tables.
Will be responsible for producing the reporting and documentation of Inspection results.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Good math, verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Verisurf Software needed
Experience with Faro Laser Tracker required
GD&T and Blueprint reading skills
Excellent organization and follow up skills
Must understand deadlines and how they impact the overall business
Must be detail oriented
Ability to learn and software programs as needed.
Previous experience in the Aerospace industry a plus but will train.
Education and Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
College preferred but not required
Experience with Verisurf Software needed.
Experience with Faro Laser Tracker required
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs
