Schedule: 21 hours/week

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support a member with daily living in a positive, encouraging way, including:
• Motivating and supporting basic self-care
• Cooking simple meals and preparing snacks
• Tidying up and helping keep personal spaces comfortable and welcoming
• Running errands together
• Offering companionship, conversation, and encouragement
Think: teamwork, gentle motivation, and celebrating small wins.

• Experienced in mental health support (required)
• Handy with cooking, cleaning, or caregiving (big plus!)

Requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass a background check

If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will support the hiring process, but the Member (or Managing Party) will be your legal employer. The Member has full authority over hiring and dismissal.
