Now Hiring: Full-Time Caregiver – Madison, WI (First Shift)

A welcoming family in Madison is seeking a full-time, first-shift caregiver to provide in-home support for their adult son with Autism. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoys building meaningful connections.

Schedule & Pay

• 40 hours per week (flexible scheduling!)

• $18–$19 per hour

• Mileage reimbursement provided

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (brushing teeth/hair, showering, post-toileting support)

• Support and teach daily life skills

• Engage in games, arts & crafts, and fun activities

• Meal preparation and cooking for the family

• Laundry assistance and light housekeeping (dishes, general upkeep)

• Grocery shopping and running errands

• Maintain professionalism, respect boundaries, and stay attentive (no cell phone use during shifts)

Ideal Candidate

• Patient, respectful, reliable, and dependable

• Outgoing and fun personality is a big plus

• Experience working with individuals on the Autism spectrum preferred

• Client prefers older, experienced in-home caregivers

• Must remain awake and attentive throughout shift

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to pass a criminal background check

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
