Senior business process and integration consultant responsible for analyzing the current professional services business processes, and worked closely with each business area to define future business processes which leverage the NetSuite Software-As-A-Service (SAAS) implementation. In addition to business process consulting, responsibilities included designing the integration between NetSuite and existing Oracle ERP solutions used by the VAR side of the business and overall corporate financial operations.

• Worked closely with senior business and technology leadership to define the future architecture for a comprehensive Business Intelligence solution to meet both analytical and operational reporting needs of executives, claim handling personnel and call center operations.
