Description : The Forgot Flow improvement will allow customers to use an email address to recover through an email based forgot flow. It increases unassisted login completion success rates, decrease password reset phone calls to the Contact Center.

This project module includes Account coordinator, Department Manager, Call center, Asset Management, Reports. This project Maintains Different companies and these companies maintaining different stores at different locations in all over USA and under this stores there may be different contractors providing different services, and all these companies are maintained by one parent company. Now when ever customer needs a service then that customer calls to call center for offering one particular service and the call center registers and assigning to the nearest contractor who provides that service.
