A Study was designed to identify the pharmacology combination that facilitates blockade to the central action on Pain Afferent pathway. The protocol summation included using animal’s models to stimulate the sensory nerve. This was done in concert of recording the evoked reflexes of motor nerve while examining the action of various bath applied (neuro-chemical) on reducing the nociceptor induced flexion reflexes response.
