I have more than 32 years of experience in the field of Site/Civil, Commercial/Industrial, Medical/Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Multi-Family Residential/Restoration and CM/Design Build construction. My resume shows that I have worked in all phases of construction and project management. I feel that my vast experience in daily operations and construction management has developed my skills as an effective leader and director. My previous history of working as an Owner’s representative, Division and Project Manager has helped me to acquire the needed skills in business development, marketing, schematic design, pro-forma estimating, site development, and fast track construction and makes me the total package needed to construct projects on time and under budget. I use a take charge approach during the development and all phases up to the actual construction to eliminate costly mistakes and to avoid the need for change orders. Owners Representative/DB Project Manager for a Global Client that produces enzymes for numerous commercial applications. Developed and managed construction for a 2 story office building, additional research labs, and a 50 ft enclosed conditioned skywalk connector and new parking areas.
• AT&T Global Support Center RTP NC $11M
Lead construction of a new global support center that included battery backup systems, emergency backup generator and computer access flooring data center. Project included over 35,000 sf of office space and work stations, a state of the art 5,000 sf A/V presentation conference room and employee break room.
