IBM - Atlanta, Georgia July 1998 – January 1999

Manager, Latin America Technical Call Center Support line

Direct report to the IBM US Technical Support Executive. Created and assembled a new technical support team, based in Atlanta, focused on providing pre-sales telephone support to IBM client teams in Latin America. Recruited, hired and relocated the necessary Spanish and Portuguese speaking staff.
