• Identified and secured private company partners to improve aerospace / DOD sales channels; in 10 months increased revenue from $300K to $1M by selling to Boeing, GE Aviation, RTI International, Pratt Whitney, and Messier-Dowty.

• Staffed, managed team and ensured deliverable while maintaining customer relationship for Boeing 787 machined part process development and machined part cost estimation at Canadian-based aerospace manufacturer.
