• Developed and implemented launch strategy for the $3 million dollar/year chemical management program allowing seem-less transition from previous chemical manager to client without impacting major aerospace manufacturer’s operations.

• Identified over $750,000 cost saving opportunities related to better usage and reduction of chemicals at Wichita site.

• Led TechSolve’s $1.8 M Ohio Hypermach Initiative, a high-speed machine development activity.

• Proposed and won $300K United States Environmental Protection Agency program to evaluate metalworking fluid guidelines. Published 119 page manual that became industry standard.

• Trained over 5000 individuals in Machining Principals and developed new courses in High Speed/High Performance Machining, Machining Strategy, Grinding, and Metal Removal Fluids generating revenues of over $200k/year.
