Duties: Prepare all necessary sub assembly part such as controller,PSU,drive .Check appearance and and test each sub assembly for any mechanical defect.Installed using hand and electrical tools all elements and interconnections then review all specs and configuration prior for testing.Replace any defects assembly during stress test period.Constant monitoring each unit adjust and align electrical parameters.Help pack and scan for shipping.

Duties: Assigned in mechanical section for structural assembly and sub-assembly.Help install in x-ray generators and some important electrical part.Perform initial test check important test point and set parameters.Alligned system conveyor belt and check metal cabinet enclosure, doors and interlocking device.Help connect wire harness,PCB connectors and test line continuity .Check all switches and sensors adjust optical sensitivity.Re-tauch paint and check final appearance.Record all notice defects and report to lead team members.

Duties: I was assigned in electrical control system making wire harness, parts preparations and install wiring interconnections make it sure all PCB and motherboard in right specs and configuration before final testing.Install control panel board and set/ aligned electrical parameter.Help mount metal frames grinding and making metal sink hole,tapping and paint retouch. Record all job and work accomplishment for final evaluation prior for testings.
