Warehouse Assistant Manager/General Operations Manager (04/2006 to 01/2008) Promoted to General Operational Manager (01/2008 to 07/2008)

Responsible for all aspects of warehousing, shipping, and receiving. This duty includes maintaining strict control of inventory and shrinkage and security. Supervise, train, schedule, and control cost for 16 personnel. . Develop and implement new policies and procedures. Maintain all equipment in good working order.  Instituted procedures and infrastructure that reduced contract labor from $412K in 1998 to $9K in 2000 for a reduction of 98%.

 Developed teamwork in operations and sales that reduced total Cash Operating Expenses of 4% for 1998 to 7% in 2000. Total reduction of 351K.

 Developed incentive plans that reduce total break/shrink by $124K between 1998 to 2000. Loader Case per Man Hour increased by 33% in 2001.
