The Food production Manager is responsible for the preparation of all foods in the whole unit oversees all recipe preparation from the back of the house to the front of the house and makes sure that all persons are following recipe and menu to the letter...this individual is responsible for the quality of all food's prepared at Ryan's and must stay on their game 100% of the time.
