• De bottle necking of various technical problems and manpower utilization on daily basis. Maintain the equipment at the best operating condition considering the safety aspects. Shut down planning and implementation. Update maintenance records and down time records.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Standard Practice Instruction (SPI). Maintain all the documents with strict adherence to the SOP and SPI. Perform qualification studies of equipment in co-ordination with Quality control and Production department.
• Guide subordinate staff to work safely and ensure compliance of safety requirements and implement safe practices at work. Implement and fulfill requirements of safety permits strictly and to perform job safety analysis at work.
• Actively involved in the process of ISO 9002 - 14001, USFDA and TGA certification.
EDUCATION
• Operating Engineer (Stationary Engineer) Class-4 license from TSSA. Preparing for Class-3 Exam.
• Industrial Millwright - Interprovincial Red Seal license.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from North Gujarat University, India.
