Job Profile:

• Supervise the team of Estimation.

• Plan & assign the work to the team members related to estimation & proposal .

• Meet the consultants/clients and local authority in order to provide clarifications, if any, and get the design and material approval.

• Provide assistance, guidelines and technical clarifications to team members.

• Monitor & follow up for the assigned activities to completed on specified time frame.

• Coordinate with team member and customer/client during the process of design & estimation.

• Review and approve the technical and commercial proposals in association with management.

• Report and provide feedback to the Department Manager for all the daily activities.

• Attend the management meeting weekly twice for updates, work progress, obstacles and to get important confirmations.

• Checks and coordinates the activities of the Civil Works Subcontractor.

• Renovation Job Of S/S And B/S At DATD Dammam .Repair Of Cracks On Basements, pedestal & supports at JADIDA s/s .Supervision of wall surface preperation & application of emulsion / enamel paints ,floor surface preperation by using blastrac equipment with heavy vaccum cleaner , application of primer.

• Saudi Electricity Company : Renovation job at HATD Office, SEC HQ. Office, Secti area.

Gypsum walls, floor tiles, carpet tiles – wall surface to be prepared, painting job, counter with glass partitions. Preperation of all test results, inspection request & reports, and material approval request and reports.

• Renovation job at NATD s/s, b/s & s/c Jubail. Wall ceiling and floor surface preperation,

emelsion / enamel painting to walls & ceiling ,floor surface painted / poured by epoxy

• ARAMCO: Epoxy grouting job conducted at Hawiah Gas Plant (ARAMCO). Provide proper shuttering works , concrete surface to be make rough & cleaned, all holes to be filled by using silicons – mixing & pouring special grouts.
