PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Manager (End of Term Operations) ADP Commercial Leasing, LLC, (“ADPCL”), Parsippany, NJ (2000-2008)
Directed and streamlined administration of computer leases and processing of end of contract terms. Managed and developed / implemented strategies to drive growth in existing accounts while maintaining payment flow, completing new deals and ensuring full leasing payment. Coordinated with ADP sales force to establish communication with clients, process renewal, and ensure client retention in support of company’s revenue goals.
- Efficiently managed the Accounts Receivable Department, and led the team in maintaining less than 1.5% delinquency status for seven straight years versus the previous 5% delinquency rate
