This is a large, six-hospital system with over 450 dictators including one teaching hospital, regional trauma unit, and advanced heart facility. I have had extensive experience with ESL doctors and extensive experience in all modalities of radiology, pathology, cardiopulmonary, the basic four, H&Ps, consultations, operative notes, discharge summaries, et cetera. I learn new systems quickly, usually within a day, and consider myself a accurate transcriptionist.
