Major accomplishments:
Increased production efficiency. Applied lean manufacturing principles to increase production throughput. Determined production goals for each work area and streamlined the manufacturing processes to provide maximum utilization of labor and reduce in-process inventory. Implemented the measurement of daily schedule completion. Results: Improve production output, product quality, labor efficiency, reduced scrap and total inventory.
