twin 14-story office complex. Responsible for ensuring contractors adhered to standards and
specifications; completed all inspections, testing and monitored all MEP installation services; and
responsible for the site safety implementation. $105 million of the project was allocated to MEP systems.

M&E Construction Manager providing cost management services to comply with client
requirements, managed fit-outs for high-rise offices and condominium buildings within the Canary
Wharf Estate. Served as full liaison from design concept to completion of installation works, inclusive
of inspections and commissioning. Oversaw contractors, logistics, procurement, specifications, method
statements and programs. Project included: $720 million 42-story tower, $342 million allocated to MEP
Systems; $540 million 36-story tower, $198 million allocated to MEP systems; $110 million 22-story
Tower, $48 million allocated to MEP systems.

Mechanical Superintendent, had full responsibility for the installation of HVAC Engineering works
Within three buildings totaling 250,000 square meters for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces.
Supervised all TCN staff for programming, histograms, and purchasing and on-sight design changes. He also had responsibility for a second project overseeing all HVAC and MEP installation at various hotels and resorts. Projects included: $500 million 30-story hotel, $280 million allocated for MEP systems; $25 million 14-story condominium, $8 million allocated to MEP systems.

European Project Consultant, monitored the installation of cellular transmission nodes, Electrical, HVAC,
Mechanical, sanitary and automatic fire control systems throughout Belgium and Holland. Project
Totals of $96 million included $38 million allocated to MEP systems.

Mechanical Engineer overseeing installation of all services relating to HVAC, air extraction, walking
platforms and fire mains with pumping stations. Mr. Banks also monitored risk assessments, method
statements and safety. Also provided MEP system project management of 11 km of tunneling project
to Heathrow Airport. Project costs totaled $72 million.
