Scheduled manning and overtime for process technicians. Developed and supervised start up of all new
equipment and processes. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, develop process and monitor
to ensure quality production standards are met.
• Responsible for a two week turn around of production line that was over budget and behind
schedule. Results yielded 85% first run capability and less than 2% scrap.
• Produced a profitable launch of new product line by cutting program costs and reducing
manpower by four people.
• Able to reduce amount of foam to 860g per part from 1140g per part to show a substantial
material cost savings annually of 175k.
Process Technician (1993-1998)
Set up processes for all new machines, training and supervising team leaders, reduce costs and downtime through preventative measures.
• Developed and successfully completed launch of the first closed mold application which
resulted in 98% to 100% first run capability with less than 1% scrap.
• Taught in house robotic programming classes to process technicians which resulted in a
