• Manage staff of a 49 bed acute care facility to include 9 respiratory therapists, one Pulmonary Rehab coordinator, one RPSG technologist, one DME technician, one Neurodiagnostic Technician, and one receptionist. Provide in-patient and out-patient services to include PFT’s and Stress Tests.
• Sole responsibility for purchasing capital equipment for all areas of the department.
• With input from the CFO develop and manage an operating budget that includes over 8 million dollars in revenue with total expenses at 12-15%.
• Increased revenue by identifying and resolving billing department issues related to unbilled procedures.
• Developed a Pulmonary Rehabilitation program which is now one of two AACVPR accredited programs in the state.
• Developed a Holter and Event Monitor program.

• Developed a DME department that was originally designed to provide our Sleep Center patients a high quality option for purchasing equipment. This department has expanded to Wound Care, Surgery and Physical Medicine and has increased net income from $6204.00 in FY 08 to $144,463.00 in FY 12.
