Answered inbound as well as outbound calls from insurance companies in reference to insurance claims. I also billed and posted insurance claims.

• NCO Financial Systems (2/08-01/10) CSR, Dispute Specialist. My Job consists of/but not limited to: Receiving and processing customer disputes, inputting data, handling in bound calls pertaining to the reconciliation and collection of delinquent account, placing outbound calls and quality assurance. Handling difficult customer interactions with patience and understanding.

• ICT Group Inc. (7/06 – 02/08) CSR. The client that I worked for was Abbott Diabetes Care. My Job consists of/but not limited to: Typing, answering inbound calls as well as making outbound calls, quality assurance, and also quality documentation review. Trouble shooting blood glucose meters and continuous blood glucose monitoring. I also worked with the client on numerous occasions for special projects.
