Bonita Springs East Water Reclamation Facility ($20M), Engineer on record CH2MHILL: Managed structural, mechanical, site work, dewatering, safety and underground piping for the new wastewater treatment plant. Acted as the onsite superintendent for our company working closely with other superintendents and the project manager to bring the project to a close on time and on budget.
DICK CORPORATION – Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA (2000-2004)
SUPERINTENDENT (Located in Puerto Rico)
San Juan Phase 1A ($33M): Managed installation of 4000 lnft of 24" water line; supervised construction of water pump station, chemical building, and shotcrete water storage tank. Responsible for site safety and cleanliness Also facilitated other local pump stations/metering vaults as well as 60" water line shut down work.
Campanillas Housing ($15.9M): Salvaged the work of a failed site work
subcontractor. Built team of new workers and supervised all safety, cleanup, site work, utilities, roadway construction, concrete curbs, driveways, and landscaping to achieve comprehensive project turn-around.
Hospital de la Concepcion ($36M): Supervised the offsite sanitary sewer line
project consisting of 2000 lnft of sanitary sewer and 15 manholes. Also included was safety and security, pipe and manhole testing, and paving.
Fajardo Waste Water Treatment Plant ($59M), Engineer on record URS: Supervised site work activities at the plant site; perform daily purchasing of equipment and supplies for the entire project. Responsible for site safety and cleanliness. Support the General Superintendent in managing all plant site activities, and personnel. Dual role as Superintendent of the offsite pump stations and force main pipeline consisting of; 5000 lnft of 24" pvc pipe, 9000 lnft of 30" ductile iron pipe, 15000 lnft of 24" ductile iron pipe, and cathodic protection.
