This was a project in collaboration with and funded by the British Red Cross Society where I worked as an Asst Admin Officer and then promoted as an Admin/Fin Officer for the Reconstruction and Community Development Project.

? Supervision of drivers, guard and office staff to ensure they carry out their duties as per their Job Descriptions.
? Making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries for foreign guests.
? Prepare and maintain financial records of the project funds including bank and cash books, expenses records, reconciliations and monthly finance reports using excel sheets.
? Responsible to prepare and maintain local staff pay roll records and Attendance records.
? Co ordination with Chartered accountant regarding Taxes and office accounts transaction.
? Manage, administer and supervise the entire network of office computers and peripherals.
