Extensive and progressive experience in the design, engineering and project management of a broad range of simple and complex industrial equipment. Abilities range from the creation and development of preliminary concepts complete with conceptual drawings for customer approval through all phases of engineering, fabrication, manufacturing and implementation. Experienced in new product research and development, on-site installation of complex industrial piping and structural steel components and all intermediate phases. Mechanical Designer: Jig, Fixture & Tooling
Responsible for on-going development and improvement of new and existing tooling. Projects ranged from simple work holding jig design thru automated fail-safe safety devices for use in CNC equipment.
• Produced turn-key jig, fixture & tooling from initial concept thru testing and implementation.
