Extensive and progressive experience in the design, engineering and project management of a broad range of simple and complex industrial equipment. Abilities range from the creation and development of preliminary concepts complete with conceptual drawings for customer approval through all phases of engineering, fabrication, manufacturing and implementation. Experienced in new product research and development, on-site installation of complex industrial piping and structural steel components and all intermediate phases. Also experienced in jig, fixture and tooling design for use within manufacturing & clean-room environments.

Mechanical Designer: Jig, Fixture & Tooling

Responsible for on-going development and improvement of new and existing tooling. Projects ranged from simple work holding jig design thru automated fail-safe safety devices for use in CNC equipment.

• Produced turn-key jig, fixture & tooling from initial concept thru testing and implementation.

• Design & develop jigs & fixtures for repeated & long term use within an assembly environment.

• Worked to develop, maintain and improve specialized equipment for use in a clean-room environment.
