Organize and manage field operations for RMC Constructors. Involved in all phases of construction from pre-bid, and estimating through construction and certified occupancy. Worked with State and local agencies including PG&E, AT&T, Health Department, Fire Department and Planning and Building Departments. Over saw scheduling and budget during construction, worked with Owner’s Representative Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineers, Architects and subcontractors to complete projects in allotted 110 day construction schedule. Oversaw all City, third party and jurisdictional inspections. Responsible for scheduling and overseeing RMC employees on project. Worked on closing out projects and warranty work on completed projects.
