As Process Engineer challenged with significantly boosting vacuum speed in order to achieve improved metal sputtering layer. Oversaw processing and refurbishing arc spraying CVD / PVD vacuum chambers, including cleaning and preparation for shipping.
Accomplishments:
• Successfully achieved 75% cost reduction and 85% chemical usage reduction as a result of initiating, introducing and overseeing daily wastewater management protocols, including lab and process monitoring and documentation.
