real estate/acquisitions, construction, equipment, supplies, furniture, accounts receivable/payable, equipment sale leaseback financing,

Finance Account Manager (Oct. 1994 - Jan. 2008)

GFS was in the business of brokering financing and leasing programs to the medical and dental field, in which, they worked with 22 dental
vendors, who sold dental equipment and offered financing and leasing programs to their clients for commercial real estate/practice
acquisitions, construction, equipment, supplies and working capital, etc.
Duties Include: Same as Stacy’s Creative Financing. Please note, when I joined the TEAM, GFS only marketed to the dental industry.
Although, I pushed and I pushed hard for the opportunity to help the company grow by venturing out and marketing to the entire health
care industry. As of 1996 the owner of the company allowed me to experiment with marketing to the entire healthcare industry, which I
offered our financing and leasing programs to doctor(s), hospitals, and clinics, etc. As of Jan. 2008, I was running (3) out of the (4)
companies all on my own, in which, each company had 100-150 vendors, who were sending referrals to GFS for their client’s, who were
interested in financing or leasing the equipment. Also, had some responsibility in recruiting/HR and provided training to ALL new
employees/independent contractors. Used Windows XP and 7, Citrix, along with using COMPANION software used to provide financing
quotations to BOTH client’s and vendors.
