Aim and Objectives of the project:
Aim: The main aim of the project is to study of an injection mould tool and detect the leakages of cooling agent from cooling channels in an injection mould tool using leakage test device.
Objectives:
Customer requires high precision and accuracy of component which can be obtained.
To know the clear idea about mould tool cooling system.
To identify the gasket damage in the mould tool.
Defects on the product can also be reduced, by pre-checking the mould tool.
To avoid the wastage of labour force and raw material.
