Electro-Mechanical Assembler
• Working in CCS department with products such as Integra ES, Integra RS, Rapid Strip 320 and Rapid Strip210 in the dry strip technology.
• Performs, assembles and tests mechanical and electrical components and parts.
• Prepares and organize work to be accomplished by work orders and engineering blueprints also working with instructions, diagrams gathers tools and materials to troubleshoots problems.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler.
• Assemble and test OEM blood analyzer such as ACL TOP, ACL TOP CTS and ACL TOP 500.
• Assemble, test and troubleshoot robotic Arms. If failure does occur, visually inspect that all the setscrew are present and the probe are installed correctly and watch closely at all arms movements.
• Duties included reliability testing of instruments at a precise level where error is not acceptable.
• Program Arm Burn in to exercise the instrument mechanical range of motion. In this process the arm must run for a minimum four-hour burn in period. Also we acknowledge all the control cards such as (ORU, Cuvettes, Racks, Sample and Reagent arms).
• Worked with tools such as sonic tension meter, T-handle Allen wrench-short and long, Phillips screw drivers, nut driver, adjustable wrench, power screwdriver, sample and reagent fixture, Tektronix DMM meter, precision gauges, torque drivers of many different oz/lbs settings, nut driver, screw driver, power tools, and heavy duty press.
• Perform test set-up to insure blood analyzer is precise in evaluating diagnostics. In this test, we check the piercer sensor and probe LLD. Brake check, bulk fluidics module, flow rate. Tube piercing test where we run the machine with a full set of 120 closed tubes in order to verify proper operation of the piercer as well as ensuring the sample arms operated properly. Another test is FRU (Field Replaceable Unit) and consists in the proper operation of the piercing together with the Sample and Reagent arm.

• Working with manufacture and handling all the material to keep the line working all the time.
• Perform inventory and cycle count at the end of the day to keep record of all the transaction from the warehouse to the production lines.
