Consistently supervises a 40-person crew to perform successful offloads. Assists in maintaining superior at-sea performance to support quality control and streamline product output to major buyers, such as McDonalds, Gordon’s Fisherman, etc.

Assists crew in using a BMG Marine ship unloader to consistently complete 100 ton lifts.

Use SMAW to make UT quality butt welds on column splices. Weld new connection clips, base plates on top of existing columns and other structural members.

Work as a connector, erecting pipe rack bents and fill in iron on top of an existing structure, at times using bull rigging methods comprised of chain falls and come-a-longs.

Maintains high production levels through onsite welding machine repairs.
