PROJECT: Simulate the LPG Plant based on actual condition
In this project client intent was to simulate the plant based on the current operating data, I was responsible for:
• Data collection from site.
• Simulating de-ethanizer and debutanizer units based on the actual conditions.
• Studying the differences between the actual condition and simulation.
PROJECT: Umer Flare Upgradation Project
The work includes detailed engineering, for flare system:
• Vertical flare stack sizing and procurement specifications, components selection and Ignition system specifications
• Flare header evaluation (mach number / velocity limits check), suggest upsize if any portion is limiting.
• Flash back prevention system.
• Flame supervision (i.e. monitoring and pilot auto ignition) specifications.
• Purge system specifications and engineering (P&ID, piping etc.)
• Development of flare knock out drum procurement specifications and engineering package (P&IDs, piping etc.), complete with liquid disposal pumping.
• Evaluate an existing spare KOD for re use.
• Flare siting (plot plan development) with consideration specified in BP Engineering Technical Practices(considering sterilization zones and radiation effects)
• Liquid disposal system (pits etc)
• Design compliance with API as well as BP ETPs and standards
.PROJECT: De-bottlenecking of Tangri Gas Handling Facility
The work includes detailed Engineering of De-bottlenecking of Tangri Facility. Facility consists of Inlet separation unit, Gas Compression Unit, Gas treatment Unit (Dehydration and Sweetening Units), condensate stabilization unit.
PROJECT: Unmanning of Facilities.
The work includes detailed Engineering for the smooth UN-MANNED operation of FOUR Facilities. My Responsibilities include Process Study, Risk Analysis, P&ID up gradation, Cause and Effect, Datasheets, HAZOP, Equipment Sizing etc
PROJECT: Flare system Study
The study covers the sizing of PSVs; Hooking of PSVs discharge to atmosphere to Flare system, evaluation of Flare system on new conditions.
PROJECT: Miyun-Ismail Deep Compression Project
Work includes the relocation of Recip. Compressor from Zaur Facility to Miyun Ismail Deep Location.
