Project Manager

- Managed multiple architects, landscapes architects, engineers (C,S,M,E,P) and contractors from design development and entitlements through construction close-out during site improvements, building shell construction and tenant improvements for projects ranging in value from $10,000 to $40 million, completing all projects on time and on budget.
