Senior Superintendent for the ground up construction of a large hotel. Supervising all sub-contractors. Coordinating with local authorities, utilities, etc.

* 2006-2008 Superintendent Arrowmont Constructors

Superintendent on Ground up Construction. Metal Structure, Block Structure and Tilt Wall Disciplines

* 2005-2006 Superintendent: ELBA Design and Construction, Inc.

Superintendent on the construction of a four story hotel. Participated in JOC contracts at TSU.

* 2000-2005 Superintendent: Raus Construction Ltd.

Superintendent on a variety of commercial construction projects.

* 1999-2000 Senior Project Manager: Applied Finish Systems, Inc.

Responsible for management of six separate projects including; the Ballpark @ Union Station, Schools, Airport Renovation, Baker St. Jail, etc.

* 1991-1999 General Superintendent: Hollywood Steel, Inc.

Responsible for supervision and training of all field personnel. During this time, the company safety record showed a significant reduction in accidents. The company in turn showed a great increase in profitability.

* 1988-1991 Owner: W. W. Constructors

Conducted day to day operations of a small general contracting firm involved in all phases of industrial and commercial construction. Project range to $100,000.00.

* 1984-1988 Project Manager: Payne and Keller, Inc.

Responsible for estimating, scheduling, formulating plans for various projects. Project costs from $5,000.00 to $3,500,000.00.

* 1981-1984 President and Managing Partner: Service Construction and Maintenance, Inc.

Responsible for the day to day operation of a $14,000,000.00 per year industrial and commercial contracting firm. Also served as Vice President of South Coast Drywall Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company.
