● Work consisting of communication and cooperation with Ford Global Paint Operations to insure a quality finish on

the completed product line, developed through advanced troubleshooting and problem solving strategies

surrounding production and application procedures. These strategies include, but are not limited to the use of the

following: Film measurement (elcometer,pelt), gloss, orange peel, doi, measurements (Autospect), dirt analysis,

color analysis (visual, and x-rite), and defect focus including crater analysis issues, mar issues, and personal

concerns affecting quality.

and continued focus on development of personal relationships with Ford management.
