Information Analyst - SAP Payroll (2000 – 2010)
Provided on-call support including tasks for the payroll business team, executing any off-cycles for Relocation, Executive Stock Options, Restricted Stock units and other scheduled cycles. Executed all payroll cycles for salaried (semi-monthly), hourly, bi-weekly and monthly employees (80,000+ employees). Wrote FOCUS programs to migrate Legacy data and performing configuration tasks and testing these various payroll items for customer testing in the following areas: Time Evaluation, Payroll, Posting to Finance, 3rd party remittance, Check management and production cycle execution.
¨ TIME Evaluation – Executed SAP CATS and TIME jobs to pull in time for hourly and salaried employees for production cycles as scheduled.
¨ Payroll – Set up and tested new wage types, changed SUTA rates, added new tax authorities, aided in the installation of updated versions of Tax factory, TUBS and Support pack changes, researched and installed OSS notes as needed. Participated in year-end changes and activities, like W2 changes, etc.
¨ Posting – Tested posting of wage types and set up symbolic accounts for posting to general Ledger accounts and resolved errors for balanced documents in test and LIVE production cycle runs.
¨ 3rd Party Remittance – Set up FI vendors and HR payees in 3rd party remittance system, set up and tested remittance rules attached to each HR payee per specifications and implemented this configuration for LIVE production. Made changes per customer requests (PSL’s).
¨ Check Management – Executed LIVE payroll cycles to produce Checks and direct deposits per configuration, downloaded direct deposit files and check files to EDS Print Center for printing.

Payroll Production team responsible for support of EDS internal Human Resource System. Some of the applications are Payroll, Deferred Compensation, Stock Purchase and Pension in addition to several smaller subsystems.
