Project #1: Event Logger using Alarm Annunciator
Position: Software Developer (C, C++, SQL Database, Windows Forms, HTML, XML, .NET 2008, C#)
• Event Logger is used by process industries to monitor and report faults in various machines and instruments.
• The software continuously reads the status sent by alarm annunciator through serial ports and sounds alarm to the operator or attendant.
• Development of screens for displaying status of alarm annunciators sensing ports.
• Multithreading to receive data from serial ports and display it in user interface.
• Creation of statistical reports based on the collected data.
Project #2: Capital Stocks
Position: Software Developer (C, C++, MySQL Database, Windows Forms, C#.Net, multithreading, SQL server, HTML, XML, .NET 2008, C#)
• Capital Stocks is a Stock analysis Charting software enabling Stock Analysts to Track end of the day stock Price.
• The Software can plot around Close, HLC, OHLC, Candlesticks graphs.
• It also plots 16 indictors, 10 tools. It has features like Templates (which allow the user to fully customize the screen) and Sets (which allows users to save the analysis done by them and use the same analysis at a later date).
• It has the feature of creating and using portfolios (a Group Of Companies) the user is interested in.
• Development of forms for plotting OHLC etc graphs in different formats.
• Other features like printing and previewing, saving analyzed graphs as bitmaps.
Project #3: Call Centre
Position: Software Developer(C,C++, MySQL Database, Windows Forms, C#.Net, multithreading, SQL server, HTML, XML, .NET 2008, C#)
• The scope of this project is to analyze the performance of the call center agents and the evaluators.
• When the customer calls the call center, the voice will be recorded in an application called Witness.
• The evaluators will evaluate the recorded call and score the agents performance against Customer and Business skill competencies.
• Once the recorded call gets evaluated, it is sent to the reporting manager of the agent to do the coaching.
• Once the coaching gets completed, the agent can either agree with the manager or dispute the scoring.
• In case of the dispute, the location managers will resolve the dispute.
• The application will also provide an option to evaluate the evaluator of the call through Calibration.
• The evaluator of the call will be the master calibrator.
• Various evaluators will participate in the Calibration and evaluate the recorded call which has been already evaluated by the evaluator.
• The application also provides various features like maintaining the user profile and managing the roles, and also the user can be impersonated or proxy another user.
• These are achieved by membership provider.
• Various reports had been created using report viewer and also various reports had been created using SSRS reports.
• Involved in understanding the requirement and design.
• Created ASP.net web pages, .net assemblies.
