§ International Flavors and Fragrances – Co-author of the regional strategic plan for a Fortune 1000, the leading flavor ingredient lab and provider in the region. Plan adopted.

§ Natures Factory – Director of Operations for the largest in country handicraft manufacturer specializing in Capiz shell decorations.

· Team Leader on the Harry Potter Warner Licensing Initiative

· Expanded operations from 2 Factories to 5, overseeing 2 directly.

· Increased Head Count from 550 to 800 while keeping indirect expenses to a targeted 7% cap while increasing production output by 40%.

· Repositioned the organization for venture capital infusion and initiated brokerage activity to market firm for acquisition.
