Safety Supervisor for 700 million dollar project providing safety training of iron works, electrical, civil excavation, and insulation. Conducted investigation of on-site incidents. Performed site completion Safety Reports. Responsible for conducting safety meetings with sub-contractors. Worked with Exxon Fire and Safety to plan and coordinate the transitions between day and night shifts, which included all seven sub-contractors. Safe work for 1,500,000 hours without an OSHA recordable or lost time injury. Total hours worked on Exxon ESP Project now over 2 million hours. We reduced our incident rate on first aids from a high of 46 in June of 2008 down to a year low of 3 for the months of September, October, November and two for December of 2008. Planned a safety barrier for the move each ESP units. Worked on the hydration plan each of the units supplying cool down stations within the units and work areas. Worked as Coordinator for all of Jacobs Orientation new hire for them coming to the project. Worked in combination with site safety manager and all site safety sub-contractor managers to develop safety slogan contest. Designed and produced numerous banners, safety stickers and other safety gifts to aid in the furtherance of a safe work place and atmosphere.

My responsibilities were performing daily audits on SPA which were our safe plan of action also evaluating work permits to ensure the job perform was being meet by the job standard. Worked with different sub-contractors while they received Jacobs Site Specific Orientation. Also with Jacobs direct hires on the drug screening and audiogram. I also was involved in Flare Gas Project monitoring the flares. Trained all of Jacobs direct hire for forklift and defensive driving. Further task involved ensuring that the employees were adequately hydrated. I also was directly with the 1105 Project on the policy procedures for demolition and new construction.
