11/2002 - 06/2003 Appointed Senior Education Officer for Design & Technology in the Department of Curriculum Development and Evaluation (Botswana).

07/1995 - 10/2002 Transferred to the Department of Curriculum Development and Evaluation to assist in the development of practical subject programmes from Lower Primary to Senior Secondary level following the Revised National Policy on Education (Botswana).

01/1990 - 06/1995 Appointed Education Officer for Design & Technology. My tasks consisted of providing in-serving training to about 80 teachers in the field of Design & Technology in a specific region (Botswana).

01/1988 - 12/1989 Taught Technical Studies at Boipelego Community Junior Secondary School (Botswana).

09/1986 - 12/1987 Joint Credit Bureau at Courts Limited (Mauritius) as a Credit Control Officer.

08/1984 - 08/1986 Entrusted with the duties of Programme Development Officer for Industrial Arts. My tasks were to develop post-primary programmes for the following subjects: Woodwork, Metalwork, Plumbing, Masonry, Auto Mechanics, Technical Drawing, Electrical Installations and Electronics at the National Youth Centre (Seychelles).
