A. Steam Turbine Synchronization:- Steam Turbine Synchronization with GRID. 12 MW & 24 MW TG with GRID & Bus coupler synchronization Site:-Dwrikesh Sugar mill Bareily.

B. DG SYNCRONIZATION With GRID:- 3 X 1000 KVA DG synchronization with easYgen 3200 .

C. 6 X 1200 KVA Gas Generator Synchronization System:- 3 X 1200 KVA Goscor Genset + 2 X 1200 KVA Cat Genset + 1 X 1000 KVA Salzar Genset.

A. DG SYNCRONIZATION: - Two DG of 500kva & 320 kva was synchronization done with Modicon 3721 PLC & DG status & alarm status is shown on MMI XBT-N200

B. Hydro Power Plant: - 4*1.56 M.W hydro Power Plant Automation with Schneider Premium PLC. All the Turbine Synchronize With Grid at 3.3 kv & export power to Grid at 66 kv. Runner Blade & Guide Vane Controlling in auto and whole safety control in auto mode. For display and controlling XBT-F was used. Site: - Sategala Power Plant, Sategala, Taluk:- Kolegala, Distt.- Chamraj Nagar, Karnataka.

C. Multi Bed Filter: -Multi bed filter is use for filtering of Sugar .In this Process we Control the six-solenoid valve for ten steps with respect to time, pressure, flow & level. For Flow controlling we use Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Whole system has control in Auto, Semi Auto & Manual Scheme. Auto & Semi Auto controlling from SCADA & Manual Controlling from panel.

Control System: - Mirano (M340 Schneider), ACS 550 VFD (ABB), Vijeo Citect v7.0.

D. Batch Pan Automation:-In Batch Pan Automation we control the Brix mixing with respect to the level of tank. This system has two sections, 1. Boling 2. Graining that section is selectable by operator. For controlling of each section there is five level of controlling for PID. By this PID we control the control valve of Brix. Whole controlling was on SCADA & Display.

Control System: - Quantum (Level 2 Processor Schneider), Vijeo Citect v6.1, Display XBT-GT 4230.

E. Steam Turbine (Retrofit): - 2*500 Kw Steam Turbine control system. In this system all protection is take care by PLC control system. All protection & system status is display on MMI.

F. FCS & SCS Automation: - In FCS & SCS we control the flow & temperature of Filtrate & Syrup with respect to the tank level & according to that flow we control the tree type of dosing (Phosphoric Acid, Flocculent & Lime Secret). In this system we also control the Ph of sugar syrup with respect to the flow of syrup & the error value of Ph. Control System: - Mirano (M340 Schneider), 8* ACS 550 VFD (ABB), XBT N-401 Site: - Parle Sugar Ltd. Behraich, U.P.

G. Gas Generator Controlling PLC System :- In gas generator(Schmitt Enertec Germany) controlling System we Control the start stop sequence, Temperature controlling, alarming of all system like as all pressure, temperature, speed & electrical parameter.

H. Steam Turbine synchronization with grid : - 750 Kw Steam Turbine synchronization system. In this system we control all parameter of turbine & we synchronize the turbine with grid with the PLC & for controlling of speed of turbine we using Woodward 2301A module(governor).All protection is take care by PLC control system. All protection & system status is display on MMI.

B. DG SYNCRONIZATION: - 3*500 KVA DG synchronization by Woodword EGCP-2 .That system is fully automatic & enable with load shearing & load management. Site: - EURO BOND PVT. LTD. Jammu.

C. SCADA FOR DG SYNCRONIZATION SYSTEM:-Whole DG parameter is shown on the SCADA (I FIX) screen. DG start & stop by SCADA. DG start in auto & test mode. Which is select by user previously. Real time & Historical Trending of whole parameter.. Site: -TATA Motors Rudrapur.

D. DG SYNCRONIZATION:- 4*625 KVA DG synchronization by Woodword EGCP-2.That system is fully automatic & enable with load shearing & load management. Micro PLC & XBT-GT1100 is also installed with this system for master & slave change, start- stop & all parameter of the whole system is also shown on the MMI screen. E. MMI FOR DG SYNCRONIZATION SYSTEM: - All DG parameter is shown on the MMI XBT-GT2220 screen. DG start & stop by MMI. DG start in auto & test mode. Which is select by user previously. Site: - S.Tech, Mohan Corporative.

F. DG SYNCRONIZATION & SCADA:- 2*500+1*1010 KVA DG synchronization by Woodward EGCP-2 & Premium PLC. That system is fully automatic & enable with load shearing & load management & the SCADA (I FIX) system show All DG parameter on computer screen. DG start & stop by SCSDA. DG starts in auto & test mode. Which is select by user previously. Real time & Historical Trending of whole parameter. Site: - Uappal Plaza, Jasola Vihar New Delhi

G. MMI FOR YARN DYING MACHINE:- Programming is load by MMI XBT-GT1100 in Micro PLC. ST & MV Tank level & Temperature is shown on MMI screen. Site: -Vanasthali Textile Ltd., Alwar.

H. SCADA FOR DG SYNCRONIZETION SYSTEM:- Whole DG parameter is shown on the SCADA (I FIX)screen . DG start & stop by SCADA. DG starts in auto & test mode. Which is select by user previously.
