Current position involves leadership and congregaitonal development for the Reformed Church in America. As a proprietary Pastor and regional representative the average growth rate of churches and other organizations has been over two hundred percent (200%). I have had the privilege to serve in a variety of local, regional, and denominational leadership roles within five (5) denominational bodies in the United States. A highly inclusive and intentionally diverse management philosophy emphasizing empowerment issues, education, counseling, public speaking, board development, and community relations were the norm. Guest and sponsorship relations were a major portion of the on-going daily activities of this position. Programming was moved from traditional television broadcast medium and transitioned to web based production for an additional nineteen (19) episodes.

Responsible for locating, designing, and implementing outside sales personnel recruiting presentations. Also charged with initial one week in-house sales and basic communication training for over one hundred thirty (130) independent agents.
