Responsibility & Performance Measurement:

1. Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Site EHS Advisor in the implementation and maintenance of the Site EHS Management System.

• Supervise site activities to ensure that site EHS rules are followed.

• Carry out inspections of work areas and report any discrepancy.

• Ensure employees are provided with information, instruction and training to carry out sound methods of work.

• Assist Site EHS Advisor in coordinating and controlling activities with respect to EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operational areas of plant.

• Assist Site EHS Advisor in ensuring compliance of site activities with Project Specific EHS Plan, guidelines and work instructions.

• Ensure daily supervision at site.

• Issue sanctions, and/or warnings for infractions involving violations of Company Standard.

• Participate in the implementation of the site EHS training programme by providing EHS inductions and supervising Tool Box Meetings.

• Provide support and advice to site personnel so as to prevent injury to personnel, damage to plant and equipment, fire, ensuring environmental protection and site security.

• Advise other site personnel on all aspects of EHS applicable to site activities.

• Coordinate activities with the Site EHS Advisor, ensuring that EHS requirements are implemented.

• Number of site inspections performed and documented

• Number of toolbox talks and pre-start meetings held

• Number of risk assessments and job task analysis

• Customer satisfaction
