Career with OppenheimerFunds began in 1999 through an acquisition of Gulf
Investment Management, Inc. in Houston, TX. Gulf was an investment firm with
$2.8 billion in assets under management that followed the Graham & Dodd
approach to Value Investing with Institutional clients and Separately Managed
Account business. The firm was taken over by OppenheimerFunds in June 2002.
Initial core responsibilities were to continue to manage the Gulf product;
however, was recognized as a key employee and was asserted in to Wealth
Management Group at OppenheimerFunds. While continuing job responsibilities
at Gulf which included the maintenance of relationships with high net worth
clients and working with portfolio management, assigned the role as product
manager on the Legacy Donor Advised Fund and Relationship Manager for the
529 College Savings Plans.
• Created strategies with Portfolio Management team on selection of
securities in the $2.8 billion portfolio
• Trading: initiation of new positions as well as sells. Traded daily
contributions and withdrawals
• Managed the Merrill Lynch Operations/Trading team that contributed to
80% of revenue

• As the 529 College Savings Plans have become more open architecture,
Oppenheimer added additional mutual fund families to the investment
portfolios for each of the states. I managed the relationships with all of
the outside fund family partners. This included implementing standard
operating procedures with each firm, sales agreements between the firms,
revenue sharing and negotiation between firms and due diligence visits to
each partner
