Program manager with direct supervision of Business Support Group comprised of 20 professional staff and completion/oversight of all departmental projects to achieve strategic business goals. Implemented use of project management to complete both long/short term projects related to training, multi-media, finance/statistics, data security, risk assessments, and technical support.
Project Manager for Savings Bonds Direct application on Treasury’s Web Application Infrastructure (TWAI). Application had 30,000+ users, experienced 99.99% availability, and complied with all Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) requirements.
Project team member responsible for all aspects of a major initiative to purchase/implement a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for entire business line. Responsibilities included development of business requirements and Request for Proposals (RFP), selection of software vendor and implementation integrator, identification of process improvements and resulting organizational changes, and creation of testing, training, and communication plans.

Planned and participated in successful relocation of operations to off-site location during G-20 Summit. Executed contingency plans to manage critical operational functions, met or exceeded 100% of expectations for processing and completion of work on a daily basis.
Project team member responsible for merger of all Savings Bonds and Treasury Direct Operations from seven to two Federal Reserve Sites. As operations between sites were consolidated, identified and implemented process improvements resulting in operational efficiencies. Project met or exceeded all objectives related to time, budget, and minimal customer impact and realized an annual savings of over $8M to U.S. Treasury.
Facilitated system-wide team meetings by utilizing facilitation, problem identification, and problem resolution tools. Consistently met or exceeded defined objectives by effectively managing meetings and team member participation.
Monitored adherence to data/information security policies, risk assessments, and FISMA regulations for 50+ LAN, mainframe, and web applications with no significant audit findings.
