Assumed full responsibility for managing all operations, including shipping & receiving, maintenance, and production of CBD production/fulfillment and call center overseeing 70 team members and 50 additional seasonal associates. Designed, developed, implemented, and managed all production processes. Managed daily operations of CBD call center and gifting fulfillment center, preparing, assembling, and shipping cookie bouquets and gift baskets throughout the US.
