Responsibilities:
Administration and Leadership 1. Ensuring and verifying daily log maintained by the project team.
2. Responsible for maintenance of office Infrastructure and office visual management like displays are current & updated, Proper Housekeeping, ensuring documents & drawings at place.
3. Arrange to conduct internal meeting with team members to discuss problem areas and find resolutions.
4. Coordinate with PMO / EHS / QS / MEP dept’s for needful information req. for project monitoring time to time
5. Responsible for timely submission of reports / evidences of deliverables as and when required.
Contractual Roles 1. Understanding of tendering process and adherence to the process as per tender tvent schedule.

• Ensuring Contractual submittals by vendors in line with signed contract documents.

• Recovery of advances / wastages / penalties from bills as applicable.
• Continuously monitor and observe for deviation & update PM for further course of action.
• Monitoring and updating variations in designs and bill of quantities and initiating variation order process.
5. Preparing timely closing of project with preparation of Project Close out Report and submission to Clients as per guidelines. Ensure that needed documents for project close out report are identified from the beginning and compiled for proper close out. Responsible for periodic archiving of documents as per standard set by HQ
Issue Resolution 1. Follow up with all the stake holders on their deliverables and sorting out the issues if any.
2. Alert/Highlight clients about critical issues/decision to be taken at site in the right times.
3. Gap analysis formulation and highlighting it to the clients.
4. Prepare Agenda & MOM for the weekly project review meetings.
5. Arrange/Chair all project review meetings / other meetings & resolving the issues.
6. Co-ordination /getting deliverables from consultants, Employer & the Vendors.
7. Review of drawings after receipt and sending queries for any clarification & Issue of drawings to clients & contractors
Quality Control/Assurance 1. Preparation of project specific QA/QC matrix.
2. Preparation of project specific method statement in line with the technical specifications & BOQ.
3. Preparation of effective performance trackers to ensure optimum utilization of the system.
4. Scrutiny of in process checklists related to site execution on daily basis for each and every activity of work.
EHS 1. Preparation of project specific EHS plan and its implementation.
2. Preparation of Project risk assessment report & review /tracking of compliance on the same.
3. Ensure timely tool Box Meeting / Induction Programs , randomly witness for effectiveness
4. Participate in Walk through Audits/ Investigations and ensure compliance actions for the same.

MIS Report 1. Responsible for timely circulation of Reports like WPR, MPR, Agenda, and MOM.
