Responsible for all operations in local facility including: hiring, training, communicating and making sure that the total operation met or exceeded all FedEx and legal requirements. Senior manager responsible for 50 FedEx team members. Trained new employees on all aspects of the business from when packages entered the building to the final delivery. Kept compliant with FedEx rules, OSHA, and DOT. Was offered 2 promotions, White Plains, NY and Long Island, NY (Senior Manager). Near perfect internal audits.
